Bluey Azul, the 3rd model in the Shiro Kara Vintage Sapphire (SKVS) collection, features a vivid blue sunburst dial that dances with the light, paired with a matching blue aluminum bezel for a bold yet cohesive aesthetic. inspired by the RLX "Smurf" and "bluesy" this piece takes a turn, bringing elements of those two watches into one. Creating a watch that brings back the aluminum bezels, sharper case lines, and vintage-style hollow end links. evoking an era when dive watches were built purely for function and utility, not flash or fashion, while keeping that bold striking looks. 

As always with Shiro Kara Watch Co. aesthetics, I finished this piece with patina but in a more subtle degree this time. Using my handcrafted aging technique, a beautiful distressing and intentional wear emerges on the dial, hands, and bezel, giving the watch the feel of a relic from the not-so-distant past. Interestingly, I left the case, bracelet, and clasp in a nearly sterile state allowing its future owner to leave their own marks and write their story into this unique timepiece.
