Commission Piece: Shiro Kara Vintage (SKV) Divers: 369 Sub Blackberry

Well, it's good to be back. Today I'd like to present another beautiful commission piece.

The 369 Sub Blackberry is another take on one of Shiro Kara's most sought-after dial layouts. It takes the classic 3-6-9 Explorer-style dial and translates it into a vintage dive watch, giving birth to the 369 Sub collection.

The standout feature of this piece is its hand-aged black bezel insert, which has faded into a rich dark grey tone. It's not often that I achieve this particular shade, and I think it suits the watch perfectly. Paired with the aged gold Mercedes handset, it creates a warm contrast that gives the watch a refined yet rugged vintage character.

The domed crystal beautifully highlights the dial while adding the classic vintage distortion that only this style of crystal can provide. Paired with the timeless Oyster bracelet, the watch feels right at home.

The only thing missing, in my opinion, is for the watch to pick up its own scratches and wear over time, making it truly its owner's own
