Every watch begins as a personal collaboration, allowing its future owner to customize the dial, hands, bezel insert, bracelet, and the level of vintage patina, from a subtle, well preserved appearance to a heavily weathered tool watch with decades of character.

What truly defines a Shiro Kara Vintage watch is the hand aging process. Every dial, bezel, case, hands, and bracelet is individually aged by hand using techniques developed through years of experimentation. This is not an artificial factory finish or a printed effect, but a meticulous process carried out one component at a time to create a naturally aged appearance.

No two commissions are ever identical even if they are the same model. Variations in tone, texture, fading, scratches, and patina are not imperfections but part of what makes each watch unique, giving every piece its own identity and story.
